|Recommended: YesBest Place Ever — I absolutely love these apartments and all the amenities that come with it Super clean and very up to date I actually looked at the surrounding apartment homes and although they look good on the outside the insides were very dated Here they have it looking beautiful from inside out

|Recommended: YesI Like The Place — The place is peaceful. A lot of parking space available even during late nights. The neighbors are nice too. The units are clean and looks very new. It is very accessible too.The only downside is that the pet owners don't tidy their dogs waste. Even if their is a designated area for pets, dog litters are all around and I find it disgusting.If only they can remove and keep teh surrounding clean. Overall, it is still a quiet and safe place to live

Parking, trash that you cannot refuse, you refer somebody and you will not get the money for it, move out they will keep your deposit and find ways to keep it. They are money hungry The property is very small to be charged up the ass - very dissatisfied charging 30 to use a credit card to pay for your own rent
Automatic admin fee for 8 bucks when they don’t do anything for you when you’re doing all the work
On top of all the admin fees and fees to even move in
I paid over two grand for a shitty rental
It’s not worth it
And I’m pretty sure if they could find a way to charge for breathing
They would. It’s ridiculous what they charge you for - my apartment is vacant for two weeks out of the month and still pay the same as if someone live here the whole month. I talked to the property team about my concerns and they could care less. I recommend living anywhere else but here unless you like pop up charges out of left field

|Recommended: NoToo Much Noise — Initially it was very quiet, I was actually surprised thinking it was perfect. However, that soon faded. I’m pretty sure the guy above me is 500lbs because I hear every move he makes
My bedroom is right next to the stairs and I hear every conversation people making while traversing those stairs as well as the footsteps they make.
As soon as my lease is up, I will look for another residence.
